Miner's Anvil is from Hodari for 560 Mining Medals. Replica Hoosit is from befriending Elouisa and finishing her level 4 quest. "Under the Sea Wallpaper" is from Einar for 220 Fishing Medals.

14:26 Woah! woah woah...That corner! Created a sort of shrine behind the capital chic wall units. That's keen. Very clever throughout, but I love those little touches. Innovative use of furniture. P.S. 20:04 It's called "Under The Sea" wallpaper, obtained from the Fishing Guild shop. 220 Fishing guild skill tokens, I think. (From Einar). The Miner's Anvil, from earlier, comes from Hodari's Mining shop...There's lot of unique items available from the Skill guild stores and some side quests.

@@gemzapegg This house you've toured is so filled with unique ideas and amazing nooks, that my own house, which I'd formerly been moderately pleased with, looked...Meh. Boring.
