It's not hair transplant. He underwent surgery to remove blood clot in his brain after doing water flyboarding stunt for Bang Bang movie.

That guy must be joking when he said hair transplant. Hrithik had an impact on the left side of the skull during a stunt for Bang Bang. While it did not result in skull fracture or bleeding, it produced a small tear in one of the veins. Blood started oozing out of it slowly, and since it could not come out, it started pushing the brain inside, leading to weakness on his right arms and hand which was leading to the paralysis of the right side of his body. He had to undergo brain surgery to fix this. Edit: Hrithik also suffers from Scoliosis (an abnormal curvature of the spine) and his doctor told him he cannot dance and he proved them wrong by sheer determination.

His wax statue wasn't made for his birthday. It was made by Madame Tussauds in London as a tribute to the actor. Hrithik was the 5th Indian actor they made. Guess the first four? The Fantastic Four

He was hit during the water fight scene in bang bang and he had a head surgery for that ..... He is the best and the most versatile megastar this country has scene ......his dance, acting ,hairstyle , looks is just perfect in any scene in any movie

Hrithik's one movie which i have seen multiple times is super 30 in that he plays a teacher from bihar(my state) thats why i loved his accent in that movie it was perfect yes he wasn't speaking bhojpuri or maithili or magahi or angika or any other bihari language but the hindi which biharis speak has the same accent like him in the movie

Hair transplant was a joke. Hritihik was in an accident during shooting of Bang bang that resulted in blood clot etc. That's why he needed the surgery.
