You can filter out explicit songs within Tidal but the filter is clean or both. So you would to do a refresh after setting the filter. However, the E moniker denotes the explicit tracks. I use both Serato and DJay; DJay has too many bugs for me to use it live and it's crate system definitely needs work but it's the killer when it comes to auto beat gridding

Main thing is Serato is the same on Mac and PC whereas DJay isn't. DJay is different on each platform.
