Nascar has lost so many great young drivers, Davy Allison, Robbie Moroso, Steve Parks, Alan Kulwicki. The top Gun and top draw was Intimidator. In my opinion Nascar died that day. It's NEVER been the same. People who knew nothing of the sport wanted to see Top Gun race. I don't think Nascar will ever be as popular as when he dominated the sport. That's just my opinion.

First of all Dale Earnhardt is not the best race care driver ever. Dale has like 76 wins while the King Richard Petty has 200. You can double Dale's win total and you're still 48 wins short.

Its debatable, Since Earnhardt raced in an era with less races and more competition, not to say that Petty's era didn't have any.
