I had fun doing this kit. I have another AMT kit and the original Lindberg kit in my stash. One day I intend to have all three versions built - stock, stake-bed and hotrod. May need a fourth kit to do the towtruck. 😅 I ran out of display space, so I carefully pack the finished models away too. 😊

An awesome looking build. I totally understand running out of space. I’ve got about 80 kits stuffed in a corner in our living room. Another 80 on a shelf in our bedroom. Another 50 or so stored underneath the computer desk. And at least 100 in my mud room. I have got to remodel the mud room and back bathroom so I will have a workspace and shelves on the wall to store kits. Thanks for sharing.

Cool truck Jason! Love to see old builds like this. Don't feel bad, I think build details get a little fuzzy for most of us as we get older, and have more and more builds under our belts. I know I have the same problem. I used to know every detail of my builds. Now I have to stop and think about them, and sometimes it just doesn't reappear. I have to write the build details down nowdays, so I can remember what I did, and what I used. It does stink sometimes, getting older. Great looking truck though!

Looks like a nice clean build, Jason. Im sure with our plastic addiction were all bound to run out of room one day (lol)!!! Great video. Enjoy your week.

I'm often at a loss what to do with my stuff. I only have maybe 20 finished models, but I have TONS of other stuff that I "collect." My model trains are packed away. I have probably 100+ anime figures that I've bought over the years. I have more action figures than I know what to do with. I'd need a mansion to display all of the things that I have.

Purple wires for a purple truck is very cool. Glad this truck drove you (pun intended?) to making videos.

Don't sweat not remembering details of a Build done years ago. Now that you are capturing build details on video, it won't be a problem going forward. Regarding your analysis of your build, it was a nice color, shiny finish, a blown engine, and slicks - that works for me! As for that tampo printed copyright information on the Tonneau Cover, a Q-Tip a Bottle of 91% alcohol will take care of it. Something to think about before it goes into deep storage. 🤔

I think it's a great looking build. I get the lack of room. For as long as you've been building, you are bound to run out of space. Have a great Sunday!

Still looks good after all this time, it must be tough to decide which ones you're going to put in storage 👍👍
