Oh yeah torrential rains 😢 I can relate. I thought I had mice ripping up all my straw but it was a little bird on the cam I guess nest 🪹 material. I have a load of compost work to do but again rains ☔️☔️. Lovely walk about Jake and yes happily waiting for spring to show its head. Have an amazing week, Ali ☔️☔️🇨🇦

Lovely tour of the plot. So good to see the first signs of life. Those trees look so well pruned and your rhubarbs are huge! How impressive . Some of my onion sets rotted over winter. I’ll have to plant some more too, I don’t trust my weedy looking seedlings 🤣 Shallots look so good and all that garlic too ❤ You’re definitely much warmer there than we are here. Your tulips are further on than ours. I quite like the succulents pot 🐞

Hey there Jake! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m in total agreement with your opinion of a brown garden. Eww! Isn’t it great to find buds! Love your hellebore. I will be getting some for my garden. Your shallot look great. I will try them too. How wonderful to find so many ladybirds. They’re so cute! Your robin is fab. The European robin is my fave UK bird. Hey Cindy! I'm so done with brown, I need some colour in that garden! Won't be too long now! Oooo, do get some. Try and look out for some now in the sales because they can be quite pricey, well here in the UK! I think he's one of mine too, for just the tameness and personalities that they have. Nice progress. The buds are such an encouragement, after all the work one puts into the garden chores. I am not brave enough to put ponds in the garden, but I have plenty of fountains for the birds and squirrels. Thank you for sharing.

@@pots-and-petals ik woon op een boederij ik heb heel veel moestuin en siertuin tis een verslaving ik heb een redelijke kas van 6 bij 3 maarik wil graag een grote tunnel kas voor de tomaten (mijn favoriete plant) Wij zijn 1 met de natuur 1 min in de stad en ik word gek 🤣

I was going to buy a pear tree, but I didn't. The reason being that I only have room for one and I read that you need two for cross pollination.

That's true, but if you're on an allotment, there should be one close by to help pollinate! But if you're in your own closed garden, it might certainly help increase the chances of pollinating! But it's worth a shot anyway! Sorry for the late reply Stephen, how're keeping well 😊💚🌱
