There was no answer to my question on when the monthly sub box was going away. Question was asked TWICE . I asked two other questions and they were answered immediately. I'm concerned we're not being told all info we need to make a truly informed decision about supporting the company. Additionally, my honest reviews were not included on website . Only 4's and 5's seem to make it on the site. Anyone else here concerned??????
