Thank you, Alex and Callie. I wonder if that young man who set fire to himself realized he would die. I'm sure he had other options - organizing a protest, fundraising for humanitarian aid, reading from the airborne, etc. - if he didn't agree with our country's foreign policy.

Thank you for delivering news in ASL today! Here are my thoughts on some of the news that were shared. As for Mexico City's water shortages reaching dangerous levels, this world wasn't designed to last forever and we are in the last days before Christ will return. As for the updates on the Israel-Gaza war, first of all, it is sad to see the death toll rise to 30,000 in Gaza as Israel continues to be foolish in their attempts to continue the cycle of hatred, violence, and death. Second of all, the airman named Aaron was foolish to set himself on fire in a protest against the war and subsequently dying from his injuries. He failed to focus on what is important - saving his soul.

Aaron was my friend. What he did was his decision. Have some compassion. He wasn’t foolish.
@aarondelgado34219 ай бұрын
@@levipierpont Yes, what he did was his decision. But I viewed his situation through spiritual lens and concluded he was foolish to immolate himself causing injuries that could lead to his death. He died at 24 not being able to accomplish things in life, especially, saving his soul. He did several things before the day he immolated himself; he gave his will to a friend, gave his cat to a neighbor, and a fridge full of root beers to the friend. It is NOT worth it getting stressed over politics, etc.

I’m really disappointed with Alex no response to me if he did ask Howard for an interview about Super Bowl. I donated and support The Daily Moth, wtf.
@MarleneHen9 ай бұрын
It's OK. I believe the Daily Myth has a policy of not replying. Many larger outlets send replies, but they hire a person to do that job. I believe The Daily Moth wants to spend the vast majority of its time gathering and reporting the news. Maybe if they get more financial support, they can hire someone to respond to emails and comments someday. You're not alone. I've sent emails with tips on Deaf news leads and occasionally make a comment directly asking a question. But I know I won't be answered. Thank you for supporting the DM.

What if Howard declined for an interview? So far, one NAD board member did make an apology statement.
