Wow, you work so hard at what you do. Great haul! But I do have one problem. Tater tot casserole in a crockpot, after it's been frozen for a while? The tots would be totally broken up in the mix. Doesn't sound so good. That seems like a weird thing to freeze and crockpot. I'm sure your other freezers meals are great though.

+Mary Yes, it is not exactly the same as having crispy tots from the oven. It becomes more like hash, but it is still delicious! :) You could also just layer it in an aluminum pan as a casserole and freeze it that way and then just thaw over night and cook like normal in the oven. That way it will still be a ready to cook meal. :)
