February Stats are out and you might be surprised....

The Vancouver Market is back. We've felt the shift in the last few weeks. Listings have sold quickly over asking price, while competition for our buyers has been much sharper. Even we were surprised by today's stats, which lean in favour of Sellers again, after six soft months.
