I don’t have a specific time but the best time to plane spot is before sunrise or right when the sun rises.

I was surprised planespotting from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. I know very difficult to find a good spot for filming. So you probably filmed from the apron area around where Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines cargo buildings

Yes.But 😔 unfortunately 😕 looks like I have to find a new area for Plane Spotting just for now. It's because Today Police 🚔 came and stopped by and told me I need approval. But I corporated with them. They were happy 😊. And also they gave me a contact number to call 📞 if I want to plane spotting and get approval from there. So I'm doing every power 🔋 to get it approved.

Where is this? Is a public place?

This place isn't public place but. If you have a car 🚗 you can try go in and out of your parked car and capture planes. But this is right near the Air Traffic Control Tower
