This was made by Bethesda. Its location that can found at random on one planets or moons. I know because in my game I found it. It was loaded full of Crimson Fleet for me. It a large hotel and casino. I think it might actually been part of a quest I got. I can’t remember all the details. But the mod author just took the outside assets and put them on another planet, and then removed all the spawn points for all the bad guys inside. Sorry to break the news to everyone.

From the same modder there is The Enclave , Ceddar Crest Villa. Pity that the rooftop doesn't cover some parts of it from rain.

You had my attention when you mentioned the place was surrounded by a moat-my kind of welcome mat. The place is amazing, but it is built on a scale beyond a mere house and takes on a feeling like a modern resort hotel. It seems very posh and a conspicuous show of wealth. As you pointed out, it needs some people there to take away the empty feeling and, for me, to stop and ask for directions.

Hi Feb!! How are you doing? I don't play this, I wanted to wait to see it before I bought it. I can comment on your beautiful showcasing of homes, though. And this home is beautiful and beautifully appointed! Inside and outside, floor by floor. It even has very nice bathrooms, a must for me. As you said, I don't even want to think of the many hours it must have taken to produce this marvel! I wish you would have shown us some nighttime views, though. Hi Feb! Yes, it's Sonny di Falco's island, strange place but superb! When you find it, there are often Crimson fleet guys hanging around there and some clues as well as the body of Di Falco, you can find Aurora everywhere, loot but it doesn't depend on a quest, we deduce that it must be the villa of a big shot and it makes you think of the island of a certain disgusting guy who received VIPs and exploited very young girls... (who committed suicide in prison after his arrest) I think that many who found it said to themselves that it would be great to be able to make a settlement out of it.

I can imagine modders making a hub like this where other modders can put quest givers or something. It's a fabulous development that would hold 50 people if there were any people there. I could see this being the base for an organized crime mob that has it's entire own faction or something.

Oh wow, this home is Amazballs!! I can’t pick a favorite item because it all looks so good, but I do love the glass enclosed plants and the wall decor! I would for sure get lost, saying this place is huge is an understatement!! Thank you for such a fabulous showcase!! Have a great evening!!

I don't know where it comes from but it easily eclipses more than maybe 90% of the locations in-game as it regards its sheer beauty. You see something similar on that luxury ship in the Freestar Rangers questline. It's just jaw-droppingly gorgeous and makes me feel like you absolutely need to be a multi-millionaire to do interiors like this. That being said, I'd get just as lost as you Feb because this feels more like a hotel; it isn't the kind of place you could make full use of without RPing some kind of hotel magnate or something. That's very possible in Starfield now I guess. What I love about this is that it is pure eye candy. If easy, aesthetic living was a location, this would be it.
