I'm sure you already know this, but in Claude 3.5 Sonnet you can actually create a Project in which you can have a series of prompts/responses to create and then refine your proposal. One main feature of Projects is that they use a knowledge base into which you can upload your SOW, proposal instructions, capability statement and any other pertinent document. Claude will automatically reference the data in the knowledge base to carry out your prompts. It's like having your own writing intern!

This is AMAZING!!! Created a template based on what @FedAccess has taught us. Feel free to copy & paste. Prompt 1: Act as an expert proposal writer. The company (Company Name) is submitting a proposal to (Org Name) to a solicitation titled (Enter title). The solicitation includes a Statement of Work (SOW) that describes the work to be performed. The SOW and the proposal instructions are pasted below. Review the SOW and the instructions and create a detailed outline for the proposal. Ensure the outline covers all the items specified in the instructions. Be sure to follow the proposal instructions exactly. For the individual section headings, use the same words used in the proposal instructions. Proposal Instructions: (Enter Instructions) SOW: (Insert text) Prompt 2: Write the first section. Be detailed and thorough. Use a formal tone, with the focus on presenting information in a clear and detailed manner. Write in the active voice. Prompt 3: The evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposal are provided below. Review the proposal draft against these evaluation criteria. Identify any weaknesses and provide constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement. Ask me questions for information that will strengthen the proposal. Evaluation Criteria: (Insert text) Prompt 4: Here's the information you requested: (Insert text) Revise the draft using this information taking into account the weaknesses you spotted and your suggestions for improvement, so that the proposal will score well against the evaluation criteria. Prompt 5: Write a compelling introduction to the proposal, highlighting our unique qualifications and our company's ability to deliver exceptional results. Use persuasive language that will capture the reviewer's attention.

Is there any way you could PLEASE do a video on how a wholesale broker government contracting business would look. I have a general idea of what I want to do and I got strung along for thousands of dollars by someone who did absolutely nothing to even help my understanding. I keep seeing contracts where the bureau of land management always wants ATVs, snowmobile, dirtbikes, vehicles, etc. I was hoping to learn what additional naics codes I could use and whatever else you think is relevant. It will have a better and a detailed info about the context and content of your writing to give a better intro that fits or is more coherent to your writing. It will sync better. It works!

Prompt 1 and 2 are specifically addressing the requirements of the proposal. The introduction is more like a cover letter talking about you and your company. You want to let the CO know that yout company is capable of doing this.
