Get rid of the lazy supervisors and unqualified leads. When you try to help out, lazy no experience leads think they’re supervisors and yell at you who is over qualified and have way more experience then them for helping out? You have uppers that cares more about socializing then caring for hard workers. You have people that say, you’re doing too much? Idiot leads that think you want their job? Lol what an idiot! Some of us have 20+ hrs experience in lead and management experience to want to be left alone. Change the attitude of your uppers and constantly train or get the right people in position and federal can go a long way! Simple as that!
