Due to the T-128 being a 8 port it harmonize with the 10/12 port giving it a 8/10/12 sound like a 3t22H hybrid

I don’t think I’ve seen this setup before, so I just have to ask this: is the T-128 going to replace the 3T22 or are they both being used?

Both are being used but I’m pretty sure the 3T22 is used for fire calls and the T-128 for tornado warnings.
