yes, all but 2 Louisville bolts are active and all 22s should be active aswell

@@pennsy77 No it isn't. This is a perfect level 2 as he said. Level 1 is slightly lower than this. Here's a perfect example of a level 1 Bolt': kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYDKnmSYj9qLqs0 This Louisville siren actually used to be lower than level 1 (iirc) due to the lack of voltage heading to the chopper motor.
