When it comes to LED light bar flash patterns, it seems like TOMAR is the king, they know how to mimic attention grabbing snapping, strobe patterns. Every other company just makes synchronized blinking lightbars.

IMO, Red on Drivers Side, Blue on Passenger side always. Easier to determine if officer is coming to you, or going away from you. It's actually law in Wisconsin.
