The relationship between the central and state governments in matters of agriculture is a complex interplay between shared responsibilities and local autonomy.

1. See, to empower states in order to achieve complete federalism requires much more insight. We have difficult borders, which are filled with anti-Indian sentiments & our enemies will make full use of it. 2. Whenever Judiciary gives a verdict, it provides reasoning for it. It is upto the litigating parties to read it, understand it, & file a curative petition or a review petition. Your assumption is not completely wrong. There have been seemingly biased instances when justices favoured the Parliament/Executive

Very good question. You're absolutely correct when you say that Justice Hans Raj Khanna ji was denied Chief Justiceship when he went against the Parliament. Reason was until 1993, (i.e., Second Judges Case) the standard practice was that the senior-most Judge would become the next CJI provided that the Executive is in agreement with the advice of the incumbent CJI This convention was violated only twice & Government appointed a junior judge to the position of CJI. But still judiciary is independent insofar as procedure established by is followed. Since the Constitution is a living document, it has the element of self-correction & after the Third Judges Case (1998) Judiciary is independent to the extent of appointment

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the 1869 case Texas v. White that states cannot secede from the Union. The U.S. Constitution does not provide for secession, and any attempt by a state to secede would likely face legal and constitutional challenges.

Our Federal Government setup has a Bicameral Parliament. Meaning there are 2 Houses. LS & RS No LS member goes to RS or vice-versa. The Rajya Sabha has MPs who are elected by the Vidhan Sabhas of all the State (UP, MP, RJ, etc.) Every State sends MP to Rajya Sabha by electing them. MLAs of Vidhan Sabha elect these MPs
