@@matthewrussell3935 hi there! Yes there are actually a lot of people in their 30s here. Our class ranges from 23yrs-40yrs old. A lot of them are pretty fit so you couldn’t even tell they were older!

does the ocs time count as active duty time? do this count towards your service time?

Is there a way to prepare ourselves for a history exam? Because English is my second language, I need to prepare in advance and study more than others. Is there a resource we can use to prepare for a history exam?

@@amirmasoudmalakzadeh3767 You can always go on quizlet and search OCS history. It’s from the revolutionary war to the middle east war. I think familiarizing yourself with those topics will greatly help, goodluck! 👍

Is bring medication like pain killers considered contraband

@@abiolaolukanni yes unless you have a prescription for it. Even then they may just tell you to go to the clinic to get new ones.

Is it a requirement to buy their sleeping bag? Can I bring my own?

@@christinaverk you need to bring the military issued one that you’ll get from basic or your unit for the packing list but when you sleep in the field you can just use your personal sleeping bag.
