Ya the EEOC told me that I needed another employee to document my abuse, sure I'm going to risk someone else's job so you don't have to investigate! They made my life unbearable and the stress was so bad that besides the disabilities I had, I ended up with adrenal failer and had to take the 3 months of leave off! Sadly people that want to get rid of you find ways to get rid of you and they make up false reporting with other employees and hold their job over there head!

He doesn't actually. Having dealt with Bruce on numerous Whistleblower issues at VA, I can tell you that he knows that what he is saying lacks substance. You can hear it in his voice when says "serious act of retaliation" and then his eyes cut hard right. He KNOWS that the VA uses multiple acts of retaliation that do not rise to the level of "serious", in order to wear you down and drive you off. I know that he knows this, because I have helped about 6 employees, all in that circumstance, all involving Bruce, and each time OSC has failed to take action to protect them. All of them got their own lawyers, all of them won their cases against the VA. Bruce and OSC did nothing to help them. However, for two separate VA Whistleblowers, they were terminated and Bruce still did nothing for them. So he absolutely know what he is saying. But he also knows he can get away with saying it. No one will correct him or discipline him for it. And at the end of the day he is defending and supporting the VA's (and other's) ability to retaliate against Whistleblowers ... so they are happy to let him provide this disinformation. Side note ... this video was made in 2013. Sure wish I had seen it when I blew the whistle myself. I would have made different choices.

If only this stuff really happened, and a OSC reprehensive would help once they say someone is a whistleblower.

I have filed an EEO complaint, against homeland security, which when doing so, I saved recordings, printed out documents containing threats, and even used the documents they tried to erase from history to rebut their statements which I proved all 4 written statements to be false. At this stage their attorney asked me to settle and I also have shared a video recording on KZbin of their internal EEO investigator taunting me and even admitting to altering 6 of my statements as she laughs and says "it will stay that way too!" When I told her I recorded it, her boss calls me screaming. Lol😂 the 3 basis of my claims are: discrimination, reprisal, and adverse action. Strangely they didn't dismiss or deny any of my claims because each one has a video recording displaying the employees name and number as solid evidence with a time and date stamp displayed. I've been granted a hearing and have 3 attorneys reviewing my details as I've spent $16500 so far. The agency I'm suing even sent people to home. When they realized they were clearly identified by my surveillance system on camera and also told I made a KZbin video showing who they are, and the exact day they were here at my home, again they've asked to settle but rejected every offer I've made. Do you have advice? I have recordings and even proved that management not only tried to erase the history of me filing an initial EEO before this one that's going to trial now, but they also lied about it on one statement, then admitted it on the 2nd as Ive printed both out from the ROI. The threats will not stop and I've turned recordings in to people from the NAACP, law students around the country, and even made several tapes, I'm giving out to random people to get my story out. This May sound crazy but I'll share it all with you. This is all proven and based initially on reprisal due to a protected act. They tried to erase all proof of my initial complaint but when they found that i printed it all out and even found the investigator, they're being very aggressive. Willl your firm handle my case? Again, they are not denying my allegations at all as the eeo portal documents show.

This video is as misleading as the reality they care or are here to help, they are as much part of the problem as the individuals who violated your rights, and or broke laws doing it. 1. I have files more than a few OSC companies and provided substantial evidence over years that is always minimized and rejected 90% of the time no matter how damning your evidence is or deserving of an investigation. In most case your just given the right to be heard by the MSPB. 2. It takes them months to years to complete an investigation even if your evidence is a smoking gun. The energy they put into your investigation is minimal, they don’t update you on progress often and you will be luck if your case is not transferred between OSC attorneys less than twice. 3. They are very pro agency, everything they can do to minimize and discourage you from pushing forward they will. In the end they encourage you to accept what the agency offers as more than fair when it doesn’t even scratch the surface to make up or satisfy what the agency individuals have done to you, your career or your family. And if you don’t accept, they threaten (and will) abandon you closing your case without making them (agency) fix what they’ve done even if it was an outrageous violation of law, rule or regulation. In the end no matter how long it took for them to finish (3 yrs for me) in the end they tell you they are sorry, the system is what it is and they are limited in what they can do (which is not so true) and it is what it is. They decide what that your pain and suffering is worth a very low dollar amount they call the precedence at this time, and sides with the agency encouraging you to take it, then allows the agency to go on doing the same things to you and others over and over on the taxpayers dime. So you still lose even if you win, same difference with the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB). This is no different than how civil rights were accepted and conspired against in a culture among the privileged in the 50s and 60’s. The deck is stacked and they (agency/the privileged) have a license to do whatever they want to you, with no fear of punishment. Them saying they are here for you is a flat out lie that only looks good on paper until you go to them for help and learn the truth. Then if you accept the scraps they toss at you, they gage you from talking about it so no one will know if you do sell out (sell your soul for pennies) so OSC or MSPB can drop your complaint. The only thing you can do is what they want (even if it’s against the law) in this day and time or leave your career, because they are all in bed together against victims. FACT!
