As per your question “Why the power sharing between local government is good in country like india ?” The Answer is - (i) The big countries (like - India) have very diverse and large population due to which only central and state government can not know the better interest of the people. (ii) Local governments (panch,sarpanch,Zila Parisad Chairman , Block Samiti) are very much familiar with the common interest of the people. It helps them to take good decision. (iii) Local government better know where to spend money and how to take which decision which will be beneficial for the citizens. (iv) Local government has better relations with peoples living in their areas. So, people force them to do their welfares.
