Just follow their instructions. It used to be that you need the biometrics appointment but they don't require it these days.

There is nowhere you can cancel the application. If they refuse it would not affect your immigration status, so just leave it.

But will send in 2/4 days.. so is it correct time to submit the waiver application? And they asked send a explanation letter of transection in account.. how do I do that? Please book an online 15 min consulatation if you need specific answer to your question. Yes, you should send your documents within the deadline, usually within 10 days from the date of submission. If there are specific transactions that are not obvious on the statement, explain them.
