Well done except for one area. When the navigator jumps off the ship the cards don't go back in the box, they are discarded and there is an emergency navigation procedure that wasn't explained. the Captain and the Lieutenant stay the same, the Captain chooses an emergency navigator, there is no option to mutiny, the three crew members than do a new navigation. If the emergency navigator also jumps, you keep repeating this process. This is most likely to happen when the navigator is about to lose as their only options are to move the ship into an opposing factions winning location. In bigger games perhaps it might happen a bit further away from the winning locations.

how to decide who get the off duty first?

No one gets the Off Duty sign at the start of the game. That goes to the Navigator at the end of the first round 🙂

@@andreekarta6870 , I just double checked the chart in the rule book: When playing with 5-6 players, only use one Off Duty sign, it always goes to the Navigator. When playing with 7-8 players, use two Off Duty signs. One for the Navigator and one for the Lieutenant. When playing with 9 or more players, use all three Off Duty sigs. The third one goes to the Captain herself/himself. ☺
