Another great vid alan i have never hid the fact you are my fav youtube vids your just a great bloke and entertainment value is so funny and i bet you would love having the peg platform at every location. Not sure if you watched mania yesterday but what shocked me is how a lot of anglers like mr arthur went one inch from the bank in the margins to me you do that when all else fails or in the last 2 hours. Any way i won yesterday on a carp commercial lake catching mr bream or should i say flying bream nearly everyone had wings fishing on the surface and throwing maggots and casters in every chuck and they never died off in all that rain yesterday anyway alan keep your chin up and good luck for the rest of the year and remember its not the winning but the participation that counts even though days like yesterday from rain start to finish everything soaked we soldier on.

Hi Alan, good showing. Living in Tipton I,ve fished Patshull many times. Next peg up from yours, your always full. Fish 25 to 30 yards out straight ahead and plenty bait in. 30 to 40lbs most times over 6 hrs. Many 3 to 7lb bream. Also some great perch few yards out, 1 to nearly 2 lb. Never done good on castors, so don`t think you missed out. Next time Alan, 1st place beckons. Tight lines.

Well done Alan but also hard lines on just missing out on probably 1 good bream.A bit more positive would have (imo) done it for you but you not knowing water and never fished it before probably made you fish a more tentatively. Good luck in all your up and coming qualifiers

Unlucky Alan. Its always when you summarise that you know where you could have done better, but you still did 19Lbs + so not a shabby amount. I know we always say better luck next time so, Better luck next time. Final comment, Right at the start when you where sitting at your peg you did say that Pleasure Anglers would cast straight out to catch. If you had fished a pleasure angler way who knows what your weight would or could have been. Well fished mate.
