I had a similar problem but once I started putting the tractor on 1000 PTO for thirty seconds it cleared all the feed of the augers. Worth trying.

Did you look at getting a feeder with a rear discharge. It would eliminate all that extra work.

This 1 does have rear discharge but it’s too big to fit down my feed pass. Pass is really narrow.

best of luck with the wagon you could always leave it all empty out on the ground and then bucket it into the cows save you having to fill the bucket from the wagon

I don’t really have a handy place to dump it to shove to other than the silage pit. I had thought about it.

Good mix but that passage makes feeding very labour intensive and time consuming

Yeah it’s not ideal. But it’s all I have to work with at this moment in time.
