Dimitris Panagakis make sure you save a lot of money and when you are old enough make sure if/When you get a credit card you have enough to pay it off right away that will help your credit score a lot because your going to need to get loans to pay for farm equipment and if you don’t have good credit a bank will not give you a loan and farm equipment is a lot of money and and I Love caseIH but the dealer around here never have part when you need them and there more money then John Deer at least around here they are

Oh man, we used to be a diary farm here in the UK, 60 years. We switched to beef in 2000,best thing we ever did,, our profit increased and our overheads decreased massively.. Do not miss getting up at stupid o'clock, or scraping out, diary farming ties you to farm, we spent 6 hours every single day, 7 days a week in the parlour,, Crazy. Good video. 👍👌

Growing up in suburbia all my life I now work as the FedEx guy in a small farming town and really am fascinated with the John Deere machines at one of my stops. I mean these machines are monstrous and very impressive. Then the guy down the highway has this field with corn growing in it, and just cut it all down. So I ask myself "where's the corn trucks?" Well after watching a few of your videos he was growing Silage, not corn. This farming you do (which appears to be very hard work, and not for this tender foot city-slicker) is very interesting to watch and learn how and why all those big trucks and farm plows with the monster tracks rip up the grown and smooth it all out then seed the land and watch the plants grow into something that maybe make it to my table. I think that I just might Subscribe to your channel to learn more about the lost art of farming.

About the feeder mixer, try out a peecon! Or airmix, same machines different name. We have been mixing with peecon for 19 years and bought yet again a new one last week. Easy to maintain since you can easily take out the augers to change the knives without tools. Just hook them on the bobcat and lift the augers out

We use Amazone seeders on our farm and we are very happy with them. Its a german producer for seeders, sprayers... quite expensive but very reliable. Our oldest seeder is 40 years old and works like it worked the first day. Perhaps there is a dealer next to you and you can have one for testing.

Last few years on our dairy we demo a few mixers. Kirby,Haymix,Trilo then Ended up with a Kuhn mixer and stayed pretty happy with it. But you guys have different needs likely, takes awhile to search optimal equipment for your operation. Siloking everyone is suggesting is a German brand but on the farm sim game don’t know if you can get it here in the states Also like everyone says wear some freaking safety glasses. Lived on a dairy 26 years. Had a few close calls and if I didn’t I likely would have a glass eye. Bomber makes dope glasses that are comfy all day to wear.
