In todays video I go on the hunt for fiddler crabs, which spend lots of their time in the mud hole they create. To catch these it’s a process, we waited in low tide and went to work! This is great enrichment for my puffer fish & trigger fish in the predatory saltwater pond!🐡🦀😎

Puffer diet shoukd also include raw clams closed inside the shell....it helps to keep their beaks trim....i used to buy bags of em frozen and just chuck emmin for the puffer....they love em

Split tank 2/3 reef & 1/3 refugium. Using glass to make a overflow a 1/3 of the way along the tank. (Making it into a split tank.) With one side slightly lower you can just pump the refug water into the reef. It will overflow back into the refug. The refug gets a safe space for bugs and plant life and the coral get to eat anything that gets sucked up and spit out the overflow.

Paul you should use that last tank for saltwater but for inverts and a massive frag set up for corals as that’s the one area you seem to have stayed away from in regards to saltwater. Maybe it would not work very well with that size tank but I would like to see you start off a large frag tank. 😊

you should build a half water half terrarium style aquarium where you put archer fish in the bottom and put crickets and bugs, ect in the top so the archer fish have to hunt their food sometimes and you could put a retile up top depending on how you scape it. something I've wanted to do but don't have the capabilities right now so it would be cool to see you do it.
