I am just glad to see that other YG artist are helping/mentoring Babymonster (their junior). Because it helps BM gain confidence and knowledge when other seniors gave them advice on how to deal real life experience when you arel already performing infront of a big audience. Do other company do that as well? I mean like the other big companies....do they also help their junior and gave them some feedbacks when they are in their trainee days. I think other companies did that as well....maybe they just didnt document it and show the video in their KZbin channel.

Yeah a lot of companies do that u can hear of idols knowing of trainees before debut and rookie artists sometimes talk about advice their sunbaes have given them. I dont think they all attend evaluations like this but im pretty sure most groups visit training quarters sometimes and then after debut they usually run into each other around the company and give advice to their juniors. I think this is also a newer thing in YG that they are doing with BabyMonster as we didnt see this involvement from other artists with Blackpink or Ikon - it was usually just staff at evaluations I think this is probably because YG's girlgroups have all done better then their boygroups (apart from bigbang) so its taken as a bigger deal by the company
