The story of george praying for God’s provision reminds me of how God provided for my dad and mom. my dad was a new pastor in a new city. one night they didnt have food and my dad still thanked the Lord for His provision. after he said amen, there was a knock at the door. a church member brought them veggies because she didnt want them to go to waste. Thats just one of my parents’ encounters Jesus: the Provider.

Pastor Peter Tan-Chi, maraming salamat po for sharing & reminding us to trust our Heavenly Father each day. As a young believer back in 1974, the Lord gave me the desire to move Wichita, Kansas, to attend another church. I gave my boss a 3 week notice that I was moving. He asked what I would be doing. I told him I did not know. I was trusting the Lord for Matthew 6:33 that He would supply me with a jod. Within 3 weeks, I had a new job of repairing typewriters. I did this for 12 years. 1n the summer of 1986, I went to the Philippines for the first time with brothers and sisters from our church to share the Magandang Balita with people there. Since I gave my life to Christ, I wanted to share the Good News. When we left the Philippines, the hardest part was leaving. I cried because I did want to leave. Although I am back in the States,, I attend a Filipino Church. I am very much at home there. There are Filipinos who attended CCF and know you.

Madali akong magbitaw ng sumpa. Pero sila nasumpa ng kaibigan ko dahil nagpanggap sila na ako sa kanila. Alam ko kasalanan ko unforgiving and cursing yung galit ko ngayon mas kinatatakutan ko dahil di ko alam kung paano ko sila matatanggap. Ngayon nga lang po baka nababasa rin nila omment ko.
