I’m from Brasil (açaí comes from here) and açaí is also expensive in some states here because it comes from the north region of our country and it’s actually a traditional/ancestral food there (it’s not even eaten sweet, they eat with fish or shrimp and some kinds of cassava flour), but it became trendy a few years ago, so.. it also became pricy.

GIRL I understand what you mean about the weather getting worse for summer! Based in Seoul and this summer was truly horrible. We were constantly get heat warnings, it was unbearable to be outside, and you literally had to shower 2 to 3 times a day!

My folks from Louisiana and no one puts egg in the Mac N Cheese.... Just a block of cheddar (grate yourself), salt/pepper, what ever your go to seasoning is, elbow noodles and condensed milk (PET Milk) to bind it together.....

Absolutely no egg! Substitute with butter instead. Along with a couple cans of condensed milk (Milk Not), shredded cheese of choice, and Salt and pepper to taste. The recipe above makes the creamiest (not dried out), baked Mac & cheese. I learned from the best! Trust! This is all you need.
