You got it nail on the head. I just had a full time coworker come towards me on Friday and went through union meeting etc this Tuesday, she self sabotaged as i didnt want to do all that. I wanted to quietly be transferred to another store as our work ethic was not the same. These weren’t the words but i ended up bringing up her ego trip. Shes a full timer who does more than she should so she doesn’t have the actual manager have to come and she can run stuff her way and has a superiority complex. She was trying to antagonize me and get a reaction from me for months. But they opened a can of worms when they didn’t realize I knew what they were doing the whole time and brought up 5pgs worth of stuff. 😆 (cut down from 7-9) i also believe they were trying to initially accuse me from stealing from the job around Christmas, as thats an easier way to get rid of me lol. But didnt work so she got mad and blew up in a highschool do you have a problem with me, we seem to have a problem.. when i was minding my own business.
