I swear you read my mind sometimes. I was just thinking yesterday that there are so many work out channels but none that say, ok, here's how to actually start on day 1... They are all intermediate type programs for people who are in shape but what about those of us who need to start at square 1 but don't know where to start... Can't wait to watch this one. The thing is I'm not overeating. And if I do overeat it's stuff that supposed to be good for us. Last night, I had a huge grilled chicken salad for dinner & I still gained weight this morning.

Well, yeah? Your weight naturally fluctuates roughly five pounds, water weight, waste, etc. If you weigh every single day you won't see a constant decrease
