Hey Nick, along my journey ive realised i hold so many irrational beliefs, its almost overwhelming. Ive been working on breaking down beliefs but it seems that in difficult times, old beliefs pop up again instinctively. Its hard to not get dissapointed

Nick what to do about fear of thoughts being there forever ? Do u really have to break the belife or moving with uncertainty is enough??

The thing is i was compulsively analyzing and ruminating but after i stopped all thoughts latched so bad its been a week and its just getting worse and weired there is no fear to work on so should i just have to wait it out ??
