Love ur vlogs One question For example when we get married ..we have an innate feeling to cook for our partner or responsibility to cook for his family or him ..but we don't do that for our own parents often ..or we take them forgranted I would say ..we don't contribute as much we should..though I guess they do the most for us ..taking caring of us ..since birth .. unconditional.. There isn't a feeling of guilt ..that we don't do much for them as we should? Though I am not married yet ..but I have started to feel the guilt even now ..cz I know I won't have this unconditional love or the comfortable life I have at my own home , there ..ur views?

I would say let's not fall into a situation where it gets difficult for you also to come out.. there are certain roles and responsibilities in a house.. some that you will be good at and some that your partner is good at .. maybe the guy you get married to is good at cooking and he chooses to cook everyday ( MAYBE) what I am trying to say is even today if you feel you are not doing enough for your parents or even if you feel you have not done much after getting married.. no one will stop you from doing anything for them.. but ALSO when you have your new family that you will be responsible to take care of, you should know to balance perfectly.. imagine this for the husband too.. he also has a new set of parents when he gets married he is responsible for your well being.. he will also be answerable to your parents if anything happens .. so the moment you go into that zone where YOU feel YOUR life will change YOU will have a lot of responsibility and everything is changing for YOU, you will not be able to lead a good life.. that is how the life cycle is .. being emotional is good but itna ni ki aap khud apne roles se behek jaao..

You need to start eating more protein. All the food that you show on your channel are only carbs. No wonder you keep feeling lethargic after a meal and also feel hungry at short intervals.
