Jaise b ho acceot oneself love oneself they ur ... Haan uf u feel somethings need to b changed for ur own betterment surely do it but kisine bola is k liye kabhi nai ... A suggestion if ur not active on shicasa then keep it off for smtime nai toh har kOi puchta rahega ... When u come back in ur brand then surely open it with bang again ... Thats ok if ur slightly over weight from the cabin crew time tab bihit pressure tha k u have to maintain abhi ithna pressure mat lo ... U need to b healthy fit enuf to carry urdelf do ur work n evrything ... Pcod thyroid etc etc these slightky change harmones due to which mental thinking par b pressure padta hai or tension k vajahse b but its curable with certain set of healthy diet exercise n mostly meditation for ur insecurities ya overthinking try with reiki or crystal therapy or mediation purely or even just om chanting vl help u lot.. Do try ... Vlogging channel pe clear dikta hai fir b doubts hai family ko pasand nai karte cheating on bf huh hudd hai 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀
