There is always hope, miracles can happen. First and foremost tho that love and acceptance of ourselves, towards ourselves must come from within. We have to spend the rest of our lives with ourselves after all. So our relationship with ourselves is the most important. Make it a peaceful, loving one. I know it's so much easier said than done, I too struggle with it, but it's a lifelong learning process for us all. And through it we'll discover things we never knew, see things in a whole new light. Much peace and love to you and all those around you 💙🙏

Changing your perception really can change your life completely, even if nothing externally changes. I experienced this in the way I view my job recently from reading Jay's book, now I wake up almost every morning happy to cut carpets in a freezing warehouse, didn't see that one coming. Having a higher purpose to follow and pursue is definitely a big piece of the puzzle as well.
