Wow this is so true. So many times while asleep I have heard my husband calling to wake up honey breakfast is on the table. And I’d wake and for just that one brief moment I think he is here. Then reality hits that you were dreaming it and that feeling of utter sadness & loss comes over you making you just want to pull the covers up over your head. But I try every single day to find some happiness whether it’s hearing a bird out in the yard or looking at the beautiful rose bushes he planted when we got married or seeing a small child at play.

I still dream about my parents and when I wake up it can take some minutes before I realise that they are no longer here-another good video from you.

Thank you very much Jean 😊 I can definitely relate to that sensation... Like for a brief moment we are transported in time, only to be dragged back to the loss....
