We headed out to Thunder Valley Motocross Park with Ol'Redski and had a killer time! My knee felt pretty good and I felt good on the bike, can't ask for much more!

Quick Tip If You Tend To Have Problem With Catching Your Leg Or Knee I Would Try To Lift Your Leg A Little Higher And If Possible Find Some Lighter Boots As Long As You Have A Good Amount Of Protection! This Would Happen To Me On Low Bikes And Always Remember To Bend Your Knee! Even If It’s Just A Little! Love The Channel Man!

Yeah, they put them to help hold moisture so the track won't dry out as fast, as far as I know!

If you are putting in 2 minute 20 seconds ish lap times you are in pro lap time range. I got your lap times off of your older strictly laps vid on the Honda.

Justin barcia shad an average lap time of 2:23.0 so I would definitely say that you are an upper A class rider man. Good job on being back on the bike and putting in the effort and going strong!

Thanks for the kind words man. But I know how fast the A riders are at Lakewood and they smash me. As for the lap times, the track is so much smoother and easier to ride when I'm on it vs the national! But again, thank you! And I know we talked about this on Snapchat, but I wanted to respond here so anyone else could see my reply :)

Pro lap times are about 2:10 so his 2:20 really isnt pro lap time range. Also justin's average doesn't really mean much because it's an average over a race I think is what you are talking about and it's a long race so I'm sure deeo would have a much slower average over a 30+ minutes ride. Deeo is definitely fast but not top pro fast which is fine.

Yeah the pain is from the knee injury. The knee braces seem to do a good job of holding the knee stable.
