My last two years were full of low self-esteem, low, self worth and negativity. It's something I've been struggling with on daily basis. It's a war going on inside my head 24/7.Horrible anxiety takes me over most of the time. That led to me isolating myself from everyone staying all alone with these thoughts. I feel you, sister. Going through the same phase. Worst part my anger management. Leads to so much embarrassment and misbehaviour that I don't want to do at all. Not been having a good relationship with my Mum as well. One could say I've become incredible hulk. May Allah cure you and me and all those suffering with themselves. Sister going through the same not even able to do my Graduation properly but I just came to know it's my own sin that made me this measurable, I was not praying properly and doing lots of stuff not allowed to do... I have no reason to feel worthless - im a successful medical student, hijabi, happily married, everything is in check, yet i feel this way. I feel like it began when I started practicing islam. And yes - some little things family says with no ill intentions really cut me deep. I dont feel like i have a stable foundation to rely on. I pray to Allah to help me with this. And also everyone else feeling this way,because the struggle is real. May Allah have mercy on us.

Allah brings me here.. I was feel worthless. And I open the Qur'an randomly and Allah shows me Al-Baqarah, the story of Adam A.S. I am confused, so I go to ytb and type "I feel worthless, Ustadz" and found this video explain about ayah of the surah that I randomly open before go to ytb. Subhanallah. And I cry a lot, so.. this is what it is, problem solved. Thanks for the video.

I felt like I deserve so much more but I’m stuck with this kind of life. My prayers do not seem heard. I’m just so tired. I just want a comfortable life. I feel so low,useless person in the world..in my country education system if you Don't get a chance in public University, you are worthless for the society, for the family... I take public University exam but i failed,when i see my father face cover with sad and upset..i feel i am a useless child for them..i am a just burden in this world,i have no qualification, a useless girl... But i trust allah is always with me, he give me my best which i deserve....but shoytan suggested me you are just a shit and burden for everyone,so you have just one way that's committee suicide... But i want to live, i want o fly,i want my Parents lead a happy life and give them all those things,which they Didn't get... A failure human at age of 19💔 ( i am weak in english,free to judge)
