Thing is if I ever became an evil villain I would strive to be very annoying and inconvenient. It would be easier than robbing banks, less messy than killing and most effective in the long run. I can imagine things like walking back and forth while having a fake phonecall by the bottom of an escalator just to be in the way. Or walking a little too slow and if a person tries to pass by me go to that side so they don't manage, all the while smiling peacefully.
