That’s because he’s playing a more selfless role. On faze the whole point of the team was to get him the ball and he would do crazy things but now hes trying to play an actual role for his team not for himself. That being said i think he doesn’t look as good as he could be in his role

Absolutely love geng, but am genuinely worried that this series foreshadows the major. Taking a few games to "wake up" and actually play at their level. Same happened against gentle mates at major 1

@@angryrollofbread You are absolutely right, in the gentle mates match it was about the same, took them 2 hard loses in games, then time out and actually winning 3 straight games, but then gentle had more ice. But then you have to remember that there are other moments like geng vs g2 open qualifier 3 finals, that if daniel didn't peak, they would have sweep g2. Also you have to consider when other teams that are under rankings like moist and og, when they peak and catch geng off guard, it seems likely that is a huge blow to their mental. So if you want to predict how they will play in the major, pay attention to the first 2 series.

Because you have first round geng vs secret, a team that is below them in rankings, but can catch them off guard. If they manage to win the match, you will have geng vs a team that most people would have over geng.

As i said, in 2s Eu Gc2/Gc3 is Na low/low-mid Ssl and in 2s as well mid Eu pro are like good Na pro.

ngl.. this is cap. so i play in na and im gc 2 and when i went to eu for deployment i played on eu servers and got gc 2 on my boys ps5. mind you i play on pc. so even with not being used to the input delay and stuff i still got gc 2 and honestly i find that na servers players are better

@@anc3stral.because pro play isn’t the same as 2v2 ranked lol once you get into mid high ssl I’m sure eu is better but anything before ssl should realistically be almost identical, but I promise no eu gc2 is getting ssl in NA without having to improve

I don’t think it’s a good idea for pro teams to play 2v2 like this, too many bad habits form when they get into 3’s lobbies, expecting more time on the ball, not spacing properly, etc Imagine Fortnite pros grinding duos during a trio season, it just makes no sense.

@@eniesmellner6762 I know, and I also understand the benefits of playing 2v2 while you're still learning the game because you get more time on the ball, have more space to set up offense, etc., but the pro level players are beyond that level of skill already. To me, 2v2 is just too different from 3v3. It requires a different mindset and set of skills and tactics, so pro players that compete for big money in 3v3 may be hurting themselves by not playing purely 3v3 games.

@acct5910 I think you're missing something very important. If the pro players are playing 2v2 and that is their most played gamemode and they're PROS , players that represent the best of best of all players, it means that 2v2 is an essential part of their play and style. You may think that them playing 2v2 has the opposite effect and downgrades their gameplay but looks at players like Zen, monkeymoon, LJ, and many more. They all play 2v2 and improve their gameplay. 1v1 and 2v2 can be integrated into 3v3 style and vice versa. If you want to make a case about 2v2, why aren't you making the same case about 1v1? 1v1 means you have you, yourself, to make a play and defend, but no one says that 1v1 is a detrimental to 3v3 especially when you have to chase the ball and not be too timid and not be too aggressive. It's actually very important as zen proved last year and won the world championship. Dude their is a reason you're not a pro because you think playing one game mode is the most efficient. If pros play 3v3 all the time, the game and players wouldn't improve, and everyone would be stagnant.
