Hey Gugu , so for selection purposes they look at your last 4 semesters ( last 2 years ), so whatever you choose to do next year , your final year marks from the degree you did will also count. I think doing another degree or applying for honours in other institutions as well is your best bet. PGCE might be a problem since it is a certificate and not a degree. Both Nursing and Pharmacy are good choices, but I've realized with nursing (esp. at UP) they start considering students for selection only after they've completed 2nd year and in other institutions you have to complete the degree first. Whichever one you choose ( between Nursing and pharmacy), I wish you all the best 😀
