Dearest Cat. My tendency is that I am too ambigious in the practice, I want to practice with tapas, that's ok, but I have to learn that doing a good asana takes time and that's allright. Dear Cat, what an interesting practice. A perfect yoga therapy class. it was a real treat to my bad knee. The only Virasana i could not stay in was the one with the lifted knees. I will keep on trying that now. Thank you very very much. love and kisses

Hello Cat. This morning yoga class with Yvette, 7.45 a.m. I work in a team in the hospital on monday and thursday. Our work is to bring the patients to their destiny. Their room in hospital or go to the operation- room or one of the specialists, heart, ears, stomac etc. Tomorrow Class D Cat of intermediate module A. Let you know. Of course we love stretching Cat, were stretchlovers , but now I read also about the 8 limbs of Patanjali and ........the klesha's, disturbing mind. I myself have also many thouhts in my mind Cat, but in fact I am only awareness. I realize that and accept that, OUT OF THE HEAD! You mentioned it too Cat in the last practice, to neutralize our tendencies. Indeed Cat. Yoga has so much to offerBut anyway tomorrow on the mat again with.........my teacher! Good to be home Cat. @@YogawithCat I know. I have been doing enemas (and loving it very much for the health benefits) since 1995 when I was a teenager practicing Hatha yoga.
