You didn’t set Felix and Sigurd’s move spaces for Clash. They’re not getting those stats whatsoever which will def change the Felix damage

@ Yup! For some reason Edelgard doesn’t have to use the new UI got for Clash skills you need to go to Ally/Position to change it 😭

@ OKAY LUCKILY SHE STILL LIVES SO I'M HAPPY. (also the example i showed on the video is a wanked out max giga whaled felix with max emblem ring, aided thing, merges etc; while edel only had marth ring and max flowers so i think regardless, in an average 1v1 scenario, she still lives. video saved 😭😭) i appreciate you for letting me know though as i need to keep this in mind for the future. thank you so so much again.

Does she live a Felix with NFU? I dunno if NFU would make a difference but

Honestly right now, Near Save is a skill that isn't too rare, and some people probably already have her with it either in the previous Hall of Forms, or she already is using it. I would recommend gunning for Breath of Life 4 instead as you can outsource the Near Save status with Brave Soren. This would have a significantly better matchup against Emblem Sigurd.

So on their first run in Halls, I got some if not the most questionable kit around in Sturdy Surge, Mystic Boost 4, and Def Res Smoke 3. I really only picked this up cause of how close to +10 she was at the time. She was competing against my A!Fjorm. This time, I think I got the complete upgrade after burning all my torches. It's current Pref, Harsh+, Blaze, Def Res Unity, Shield Fighter, and Even Attack N. I'll keep in mind trying for Boost 4, since the extra HP is definitely gonna matter, but for her C skill, I feel like being different as usual, gonna find Odd Def Wave 4, so in a Soren comp, she can have near unstoppable shield procs.

I want to emphasize the fact that Tjazi is known to be an Arcane Axe armor that can serve Edelgard very well and if we are lucky it will come with the new Near Save 4.

I have Shield Fighter Ascended Idunn, but I’m still planning on picking up Brave Edelgard, provided I can get a good build on her in Hall of Forms. I don’t do blessing swaps, so it’ll be nice to have a Near Save of roughly equal caliber on my Dark team.

Hey Satachi, I got a question. I got a +5 brave edelgard and I want a forma with this kind of setup. Is it possible to merge the forma to my +5 brave edelgard? Is it gonna be a forma with +6 merge?

definitely. mine is low-merged (+3) but getting her the dragonflowers definitely helps, especially against units that use aoe specials on their nukes.

@@Liaisimportant MUAHAHAHAH I DID NOTICE YOU! >:)) Yes i think it's definitely worth it as a F2P player to pick up this unit. Even if you're unable to get near save, she's also very solid as a far-save! she has a ton of flexibility and she's definitely worth the forma!!!

Still i already have her in +4 and don't use her that much for a long time

I'm already building up a Marnie as a Near Save Unit, should I still go for Edelgard as a NS unit? Or should I try the other build with Breath of Life as said in the comments?

@@SimonPetrikovv having another near save is not bad! but if you don't have any good far saves she can definitely work as a fast save! other good c slots are like you said BoL4 and i'd recommend fire flood boost 3 as A skill!

i’ve got a lot of a!idunns randomly so i think i’m grabbing breath of life 4. unfortunately i gave my edelgard shield fighter before the hof revival poll came so i think i’m grabbing a far save build. i really need for r!grima or the jotun boss in the tempest trials to run on a banner soon so i can fodder the twin saves to edelgard

TLDR: Shield Fighter Near Save. VLucina still better /j All jokes aside, ik it's meant to be like a SF guide, but it's nice to have some alternatives even if they're really low on value. Not everyone is going to hit this exact build. Also maybe a Far Save build just for some diversity as a guide.

Okay… so I picked up Edelgard in the last hall of forms and got her to +10. If I pick up this new Edelgard forma, will I be able to merge her up with the old forma and keep the +10? 🤔

if you merge the old forma into the new forma it stays +10 and transfers any blessings, ascended assets, dragonflowers, and skills from the previous forma!

Probably not using my forma soul on her but only because I have her +10 and have the new upgraded near save from halloween Nah so their isnt much I can gain from Forma souling her.

where do you visualize all that data ? how do you know she survivies or not ?

in arcticfox's feh duel simulator website i can put the exact stats and builds you'll normally see in higher levels of sd and ar of specific units and it calcs how well the matchup goes and who wins the exchange as well as break down everything that happens in said combat!

My Elelgard is +10 with an ascended asset, will merging her into a forma get rid of it?

i think it will not remove the ascended asset, but the original IV will become neutral, so you will need trait fruit again. Anyone pls confirm this?

correct! the normal ivs will be neutral but the ascended asset will stay!
