It's the 'push out' shot. It can be called on the shot after the break if you have a bad position. You don't have to hit the object ball on the push out. But after the push out the opponent has the option to put you back in if they don't like the position they were left with. Niels played a push out which was legal, but he left a position that Archer didn't like, so was made to play again.

If you cheer a fluke like that then you don't deserve respect from the crowd, no matter what the fluke gives you may it be another turn or the match, you apologise even if you want to cheer. Not scream your head off like they did, that is what ruins the game, more than the crowd.

Its called a push out. After the break if you dont have a good shot on the 1 ball you can choose to push out. Then Archer has a decision to either take the shot or give it back to Feigen. Archer choose to give it back. Thats why he didnt shoot next.

Salesman Push out after break without an open shot. Doesnt need to be a legal shot. Afterward their opponent has option of playing it or passing.

kim bye Texas Express 9 ball is designed for quick games so lots of gambling happens. If you're losing bad it doesnt take a week to make it up. Mosconi didnt play 10 ball so they'll probably stay with 9.
