Back in the day, a lot of people used this centre settings/eyeball thingy to improve their aim! It actually did helped a lot guiding our crosshair accurately. Still surprised a lot of creators still use this trick.

Crosshair is OP but go for some other button. Like the eye shot button In this way it will disappear when you open ADS

ive been using his layout for years and how i learned to play with 6 finger no gyro is simple. u gotta have an ipad tho because its pretty hard on mobile. so just copy his layout and play with it. go in tdm and other modes. literally just play with the layout like he plays it in his handcams. you gotta have good sensitivity aswell.
