I purchased mine in the US from MechKeys and have been using it for a few weeks now. It really is a super solid keyboard. I customized mine with Epomaker Budgerigar switches and Drop DCX 9009 keycaps. It's the perfect work keyboard for me and I also highly recommend it! I think the Kailh switches are really pretty, but they are just "ok" stock. I took them out and will be lubing them.

I just got this i customized it with akko sakura switches and XVX blank pink jelly keycaps and it is definitely my fav keyboard in my collection so far. Love the design and the feel at such a reasonable price. The out-of-the-box sound dampening is very impressive! I also love that I can have it hooked up to my work computer and personal computer, allowing me to switch between the 2 throughout the day which saves space on my desk!

What keycap replacement did you use for the spacebars? They are kind of one off.

Really good to replace old generation keyboards that break down fast, even the old NOS ones, these look somewhat identical to the Microsoft Natural Keyboards from the 1990s and do a good job at replacing them aesthetically.

i just ordered one a few hours ago and will wait for em .. since i went all out with funding , i'll stick with the kailh switches it came with and from there lube them .. might take me a few months to grab me a keycap set and new switches but hey , thanks for the review ! it all just made everything exciting !

Update: I hate this thing, the software is bad and basically non functional, the screen is useless and the time drifts a minute per week, also the switches have developed the typical box switch click after just a month of light use

I want to mention something here - the win and alt keys are switched (and misprinted). The win key is between Ctrl and Alt - alt next to the spacebar. They are different sized keys and thus don't work if you pull and switch them.

I tried out the alice80 originally and bought the separate numpad and hated the stability of the two separate pieces. That said now that it’s all one piece, i think I’ll pick this one up, throw some lubed clear holy panda x switches into it and use my ceramic keycap set, should look and sound amazing and will be my new work keyboard

got the keyboard, with a firmware version 106 and i can't even swap the keys between alt and windows, like i'd save it and it doesnt even work :(

@@Merkeebs just got mine today. since this is the first time i am using an alice keyboard there's a bit of a learning curve, ang problems ko lang is the letter Y hahaha. i wished, there's a qmk/via support on this. i cam from monsgeek m2 and i am used to pressing a single button to launch all my work tools. the built in macro is not that good.

Hello, sorry if this is a bit late. I've owned and used both Feker 98 and V8. While the V8 is cheaper, I would shell out the extra cash for this keyboard since you also get the LED screen and (more importantly) the numpad + "tent" shape. Even though it doesn't seem like much, the slope makes such a big difference for comfort; idk why more keyboard companies don't start doing this more. By no means is the V8 a bad board, it's probably the better buy from a value standpoint, so I would recommend that if you're still on the fence about committing to an Alice layout ("It's either good or great"). Hope this helps!

@@CrumblingLeech Not late at all, thank you for your insight! I am still waffling on deciding among configurations - Keychron V10, Feker Alice 80 (either with separate numpad), or this Feker 98. I hadn't noticed the tenting on the Fekers and that seems like a major comfort feature. I like the layout of the Keychron better, but the purpose of trying an Alice style was to improve comfort. Another concern I had was reviews that the provided remap software from Feker was tripping anti-virus software. The lack of VIA support is unfortunate.

i downloaded the software, but the program tells me "Device not detected. Check that your system is compatible with this device and if it is linked to a USB cable." does anybody else have this issue? is this program not compatible with windows 11?
