FELICITÀ - Al Bano & Romina (Benedetta Caretta feat. Daniele Vitale

I read this sentence by Al Bano which, in my opinion fully summarizes the profound meaning of the song "To be happy we should rediscover the value of simplicity". The song (from 1982) explains to us how it is possible to find it even in the things of everyday life, without necessarily trying to reach utopias and unattainable things: "tenersi per mano andare lontano", "il tuo sguardo innocente in mezzo alla gente", "restare vicini come bambini". In the song, in particular, there is a strong reference to life as a couple. On the other hand, there was no better couple of artists at the time who could represent absolute love than the one formed by Albano and Romina, a true symbol of love and life as a couple for years. In fact, no one could have imagined that one day the two would separate (after 29 years of union that seemed... infinite!). Benedetta's interpretation is splendid, accompanied by Daniele Vitale's sax, under the scorching sun of a Greek island, sheathed in a very simple but elegant pastel bathing suit with soft and restful colors, she re-proposes the spirit of the song, with strength, with great vocal ability and musical sensitivity touching the hearts of those who listen to it. Even though the song is from 1982, Benedetta's voice and her "sensibilità" bring it back to the present day with its timeless meaning.Another beautiful interpretation! (patrizio piccinini)

August 16, 2024 Benedetta's YT channel has gained 1 million subscribers. She has only posted 68 videos in the last 5 years and this is the last cover to applaud, not the best but a joyful and hopeful song. I sincerely thank Sax because he did not overshadow her beautiful and clear voice. Many videos published by Benedetta have millions of views and some are practically ignored, I do not understand why but perhaps it is the public that does not appreciate difficult songs and prefers the banal and commercial ones. This old iconic Italian song could be a great success. In any case Benedetta comes out the winner. Let's hope she soon publishes many complete versions of her other beautiful songs.🌈🌈

Ringrazio sinceramente il Sax perché non ha messo in ombra la sua splendida e limpida voce. Molti video pubblicati da Benedetta hanno milioni di visualizzazioni e alcuni vengono praticamente ignorati, non capisco il motivo ma forse è il pubblico che non apprezza le canzoni difficili e preferisce quelle banali e commerciali. Questa vecchia canzone iconica italiana potrebbe essere un grande successo. In ogni caso Benedetta ne esce vincitrice. Speriamo che pubblichi presto tante versioni complete di altre sue bellissime canzoni.
