Zoe reminds me of my sister's kid... She didn't learn how to speak until she was 2 yrs and my sister got so worried. I went home for Christmas and started giving her my phone to watch Akili and Me in Swahili on YT and that is when she got confidence to start speaking. I kept telling my sister to stop making her watch American cartoons which are in English. Now she can even speak English. TV is the ENEMY.... Give her Swahili related cartoons for now and they are more educative. Thank me later. You also need to put her potty kwa hapo tu sitting room for now especially when you are around and she love your audience. Also my sister's kid started that way. Just make her sit kwa potty after every 30 minutes and pee or poop so that she get used to it.
