He switched from english to bisaya without any difficulties is very incredible! hhahaha I am a native bisaya speaker but can't even follow what he's singing hahaha but sounded so freakin gud. Felip is sooo bold coz no Filipino artist will release this type of album! That made us appreciate him more.❤❤❤❤

Remember these were not freestyle so they were easier to express b'coz the lyrics were all written down. So switching languages were smoothly done . It's like you when you learn somebody else's song, you learn the lyrics. Nonetheless, Felip is a beast. His songwriting is topnotch & he loves his craft. Hopefully, he would stay grounded. OHHH my goodness DaMien (esp OMEN II) is my ultimate fave horror film. I even bought the paperbacks.

@@MiaNurseres-id2ex Just because it's written doesn't mean he doesn't deserve the praise for the smooth switch in between languages. There are a lot of artists who switches in between at least two languages in a songs but not everyone is fluid in it. That is definitely something to do with the lyricism as well as the diction and pronunciation in the delivery of the song. I am a Bisaya myself, listens to kpop as well and when it comes to OPM where i am most critical when it comes to the use of the English language in those releases. Even with just a slight cringe on these 3 things (lyricism, diction & pronunciation) turns me off and I just have to say that Felip definitely nails these three in all of his songs.

Thank you on ur RV, ur analysis of all the songs in the album is on point. From d beginning, Felip is telling a story and he ends it by way of a redemption song ACHE. Felip indeed did a great job in creating this masterpiece of him. The hard work he put in this project really paid off with all the praises he received not just from his followers but non followers as well. And d good news is, on day 1 of the album release, it rank 6th in ITUNES top 200 albums worldwide , top 1 in several countries and has entered and ranked in a number of counntries and kept on rising. Great insights! 👏🏻 And I enjoyed listening to your thoughts in each piece. And thanks to your inputs, I now get why Ep is an “extended play”, because yeah, the whole album is meant to be played in one sitting - from song #1 to #9. “Ache” became more meaningful & more impactful because Felip took us to that denouement song after song after song (sin after sin after sin). He was building this angst then we get to the climax, “slothing” and finally “aching”. “Ache” is hurting & breaking after all the sinning, but then, comes also healing & redemption, a glimmer of hope that everything’s gonna be alright. This is such an experience.

As I understand,his FOES are the 7 sins. That is why it has to be the first track.This album may be his story.Then the last track is ACHE as he was able to surrender all his flaws to God. Kala ko d ko magugustuhan tong album but I am loving all the tracks. Truly a masterpiece! Ache wrecked me! I love greed,lust,sloth,gluttony,pride,wrath,envy. Hahahaha! Amazing reaction you guys. I really like the thoughts you shared on each track and your take on Felip's full album. It's much better tho if you reacted on the song visualizer coz it has cc too. Def agree how Felip ends the album. Ache is just incredibly great. Totally felt his raw emotion plus the children's chorus added much goosebumps, it has like that gospel feels to it.
